WORLD Coaching: Career and leadership program for teens

It is an ideal experience for teens/college students looking to self-discover and explore career options.

Adolescents will identify their strengths and talents with the support of the MindSonar® assessment. An assessment of vocational interests will also be included to choose a career aligned with their motivators.

Also, they will create a plan to increase the soft skills necessary for their selected career. Parents or “sponsors” are part of the process.

This program is offered through individual coaching (online) or in groups (online or in person).

Au PAir Career Development: Strategies for Personal & Professional Success

Ideal course for new university students and Au Pairs.

This course supports participants to have an experience of self-knowledge, evaluation of vocational interests, job search, and development of their personal brand.

Some topics worked on are resume writing, entrepreneurship, time management, professional image, decision-making, and emotional intelligence. Also, they learn to set personal and professional goals. The course includes a mindset assessment.

This course has impacted the lives and careers of more than 100 Au Pairs from different parts of the world.

Currently, it is offered in person and online at Old Dominion University in the state of Virginia.
