WORLD Coaching: Programa de Liderazgo y Carrera para Teens

 

Experiencia ideal para teens/universitarios que buscan autdescurbirise y explorar opciones de carrera. 

Los adolescentes identificarás sus fortalezas y talentos con el apoyo de la evaluación MindSonar®. También se incluirá una evaluación de intereses vocacionales para elegir una carrera alineada con sus motivadores.

También, tendrán la oportunidad de comprender y crear un plan sobre cómo aumentar sus habilidades blandas necesarias para la carrera seleccionada. Los padres o «sponsors» son parte del proceso.

Este programa puede aprovecharse de modo  individual o grupal, tanto online como de forma presencial.

Au Pair Carrer Development Class

Curso ideal para jóvenes que ingresarán a la Universidad y Au Pairs.

Este curso apoya a los participantes a tener una experiencia de autoconocimiento, evaluación de intereses vocacionales, búsqueda de empleo y desarrollo de su marca personal.

Algunos de los temas que se trabajan son: Redacción de resumé, emprendimiento, gestión del tiempo, imagen profesional, toma de decisiones e inteligencia emocional. También, aprenden a establecer metas personales y profesionales. El curso incluye evaluación de mentalidad.

Este curso ha impactado la vida y carrera de más de 100 Au Pairs de diferentes partes del mundo.

Actualmente, se ofrece en idioma inglés de modo híbrido, en Old Dominion University, en el estado de Virginia.
